Cold feet..

I have an air-conditioned room, and usually I love it! Like, since I got it, I've been sleeping peacefully, tucked in my little blanket, all nice and cozy! But lately, I noticed that I get so cold so easily now!! It's kinda crazy because my settings are the same as usual.. I never once tampered with the settings of the AC, and I used to be so normal with the temp and the coldness.. so idk why my body's acting up lately! My feet especially get so cold during sleeping hours.. like im wearing socks to sleep now!! I never wear socks to sleep!! 😔 Im wearing socks rn.. idk why my feet's so cold eughuhg this is not sigma..
