I am so tired and fed up (tech related vent)

My digital camera came today but it doesn’t fucking work at all and I can’t refund it either I am so tired, pissed off and feel like crying right now. $30 down the fucking drain. Honestly idk what to do anymore I’m not buying old tech from Mercari anymore. Is there any advice on where I can get a better and ACTUALLY functioning digi cam? And the ones I want cost over $100 or more which INFURIATES ME. So someone pleaaase help I’m at my wits end and again idk what to do anymore.
