Getting back into writing?

I've been having this extreme, unquenchable urge to write fanfic or my own stories again. I haven't done it since I was under 16 (am 19 now) and I don't know how good I'd be at it. I've definitely improved my knowledge of how to write, or at least how to word things, and I have a very detailed story idea. Other than random creepypasta short stories I've also had inspo for, that is. Idk, we'll see where it goes!! Looks like I'm finally learning that a lot of my middle school/early high school days and my interests at that time were actually real and not phases, but I had gone through other phases or covered up the fact that I enjoyed said things. Writing, being emo, emo music. Cheesy pop music. It's all just coming back. Excited to see where I am in my early 20's.
