BAD bands GOOD merch

SO WHY DO BAD BANDS HAVE GREAT STYLE~ I’VE HAD THIS QUESTION FOR A REAL LONG TIME?!!1!?

I just bought an Asking Alexandria shirt extremely impulsively then quickly remembered that Danny Worsnop is a piece of shit. I live in an area with like 3 alternative ppl max so I doubt ppl in the street are gonna run away from me when I wear it but it got me thinking - Why do bands with crappy members always have banger merch?!

Take BOTDF for example. As much as I hate Dahvie Vanity and the music he made, goddamn that band had some fire shirts. Like someone needs to steal these designs and change the name/person on em

Allegations All Time Low have some pretty nice merch too but not kewl enough for me to parade around in.
