I've come across some of these recently and I thought I'd share.
White Enamels pretty interesting. Its only accessible through desktop, though. You get to explore an abandoned mental hospital through the website. Pretty cool.
Eht Namuh still intrigues me. Its not very mysterious, though. It was made by an old religious guy, made to promote his art and beliefs in a unique way. Definitely worth a visit.
Pleine Peau is super interesting. Sadly, I don't remember everything about it's backstory. But the website itself is very fun and interactive. Definitely worth a visit.
Almost everyone that is well-versed in Internet Horror knows Lomando. Really cool horror point and click adventure game. Definitely worth a play through every once in a while.
Grave Face Museum is an amazing find for anyone interested in True Crime. Contains art work and stuff similar to anything True Crime Related.
Website does exactly what the name says. It tells you about Plane Crashes. About recent crashes, the victims, what happened, how it happened, what model the plane was, etc. Its really interesting, honestly.
Absolute Obscurity. The website itself is really chaotic, in a fun way, though. Its worth visiting, trust me.
Sadly not active anymore, although still super interesting. The backstory of this website is extremely interesting and quite intriguing. I recommend watching scaretheatres video about it.

i remember seeing some of these. i remember some time back it was either 4chan or reddit that had a collection of creepy websites to visit.
