This week has been a lit turbulent in work and due to traffic i came feeling more tired every day...
Have tried to play games, read and watch social media videos that i get from friends but sometimes i feel that i am not doing anything feel less in this way.
I am also having some sleep problems due to thinking into a lot of things, looks like work is coming to my mind even when it shouldn't be.

Know this feeling, sometimes it helps me to go outside or do some sport. Yes this may sound strange when you are tired but sports wake me up. And I have done something which feels oddly satisfying. Afterwards I can relax and I feel kinda productive... idk
It's really good to know that is helping you :3

i'm sorry to hear you're feeling this way. it's completely okay to feel tired—sometimes, real rest means stepping away from screens and social media. maybe try going for a walk and taking in the beauty of the world around you. nature has a way of bringing calm and perspective.
as for your sleep troubles, a friend once shared a technique with me that might help. try putting your phone away—maybe even in a spot where it feels "out of reach" —then get back into bed, clear your mind, and start counting to 100 slowly. u might find yourself drifting off before you even reach the end. it might not work for everyone, but it couldn’t hurt to try, right?
You are right, i need to take breaks from social media too
Will also try that tip your friend gave to you, thank you so much for sharing it

oh love, i am sorry you feel this (i can relate to it unfortuetly)
one thing that i talked with my therapist about, and has been helping me a lot, is going somewhere else after work; instead of going home right away, take a little walk or just stay seated on a bench in a park looking at the sky, it helps you decompress and change perspective
you are a very strong person and you will get better love, wishing you all the best
Thank you so much for the recommendation, will surely do that too

Aw I’ve gotten that feeling, a comforting thought is that you will most probably not feel this forever! No matter how bad it seems it won’t be forever and eventually it’ll be okay ( ^ω^ )
You are right, i need to have that in mind ^^

I can relate to feeling tired constantly. It gets pretty tricky out there when you have to juggle things around but feel like you're still not getting anything done. I hope you recover from your tiredness very soon!
Best of luck!
:D
Thank you so much!
Send you a hug :3

I understand.
It’s possible work may be getting to you, and there’s not much you can do about that.
But.
Best you can do right now, is focus on what makes you happy and gets you distracted for the time being, so that you aren’t feeling overworked or tired, and just try to relax and take your mind away from all that other mess.
I am trying my best on stop focusing on work when i come home
Maybe i should start giving a look of i used to like, maybe that helps
