Forgetting a language sucks

My first language isn't English but it's currently the only one I know. My first language is Lithuanian but overall time I've just forgotten it. 

Which sucks so much. 

I can't communicate with a lot of my relatives. I remember as a young kid I was always so happy and excited to speak Lithuanian when I could. One of my last memories in Lithuania before moving to Canada. Was reading a text bubble in a comic. I was so ecstatic because I got to read for the first time. 

So anyways I'm now relearning Lithuanian but by relearning I mean learning because I didn't know much to begin with.
