hey! maybe this has already been told to you before but it is good to have a study place, where there is no noise and where you have your supplies arranged in order to concentrate! it is still good to get away from cell phones, tvs, computers, etc. if you have trouble concentrating, you can join a Zoom session where they only study in silence, at this link: https://es.studystream.live/focus-room
