My whole life i have struggled with depression, most of the time im fine but there are days where it’s really hard for me to even get up out of bed. So with that being said i have recently discovered that im somewhat of a writer,so maybe i channel my depression into something constructive.a few weeks ago i was depressed and decided on whim to get out a pen and paper and write out how i was feeling at the point in time. and ever since then i have continued to express my thoughts and feelings in the form of a journal.

am i the only person that keeps a journal?
