Feeling better (Happy Vent)

I feel better about life right now. Yeah sure things are still kind of finicky in my life, but I feel better about the small mistakes in my life. Because nobody is truly perfect y'know? What matters is that you focus on yourself first and try and do what you can. Don't worry about nothing else that you know will bring you down.

My grades are awful yeah, but that's because I was tired, depressed, and VERY burnt out from all the stress. But then my boyfriend who was tired of seeing me suffer like this finally said something stuck with me and finally snapped me out of it "Focus on yourself and stop caring about what others think and stop caring about what's going to stop you". 

I took his words to heart and I just stopped caring and focused on myself and my mental health. I've managed to turn in a few more assignments in my classes (Except my welding class...I low-key kinda hate that class now) and I've been feeling a lot more motivated to finally do stuff around the house.

 But what matters is that I'm feeling better, and my mental health and my BFs mental health has been slowly rising back up. Granted while we both know things are still kinda fucky with certain parts of our life, we're still fighting through it.

I don't know what life will hold for me after we're done, but I do know this, Things will get better when we have each other, even if when we're far apart
