Night Terror

I had a night terror tonight and woke up sick and threw up 

dreamt up that I was playing a mobile game with a girl as the main character, obtained a rope item in the game when suddenly a pop-up window appeared and the text on it was telling me to go commit die; I thought it was some sick joke and clicked OK on the pop-up when suddenly the image switched and the main character girl in the game was hung on the rope and the game softlocked me

I woke up after it, stayed up for an hour because of the fear, then fell back asleep due to exhaustion. when I got woke by my mom I couldn't eat breakfast and threw up

I don't know why this happened I do not want to kill myself I want to live what the fuck jesus christ
