FASHION CRISIS

GUYSS I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE TO FIND CLOTHES!! 

i really want to find places that have cute decently priced clothes but everywhere i looked everything is either fast fashion or wayyy overpriced. like 40 for a plain white tee. ive noticed that its either paying alot for basic clothes, paying a lot more for cute clothes, or everything cute is fast fashion. i know about depop, vinted, and all the second hand shops but i want to find other clothing stores. i'm specifically looking for places that have early 90's - 2000's subculture influences/a more retro vibe. ive tried older brands like babyphat and charlotte ruse but their clothes dont hit the same or its shein quality. AND IM SO SICK OF LOW QUALITY CLOTHES THAT DISINTEGRATE AFTER 1 WASH. i miss mall culture and im so sad i never grew up with it. i would love to be 15 walking around a mall with friends rather than scrolling on some site praying the clothes i buy fit right or look the same. the fall of malls and brick and motor stores is really sad because it leaves us with no place to just hang out where we dont have to spend absurd amount of money. if u have any store recommendations pls let me know and if u know any deadstock stores lmk cs i heard those are rlly good.
