Most people I know are addicted to social media to some capacity. I'm almost never on my phone, which is supposed to improve your mental health, but I feel so isolated. I'm in high school, and so many people constantly have a wall up, literally and metophorically. Ironically, the only way I can really find solace from this problem, is by going online, to hear people echo my worries. It's a bit of a paradox, but it's one of the only times I feel I have a voice.
