garlic & chives grilled cheese (by bluebird)

ingredients:
1. 1/2 cup of grated cheddar
2. 1 tsp of chopped chives
3. 1-2 cloves of minced garlic
4. Enough garlic/chive mayo to spread evenly on two pieces of bread
5. 2 slices of seedy bread (oat bread works good too)
6. Sprinkle of dried parsley OR dried oregano if you're feeling italian
7. 3-4 tbsp olive oil
8. 1 tsp butter

Instructions:
1. Preheat pan to medium-low
2. Spread even layer of garlic-chive mayo on two slices of bread
3. Sprinkle grated cheddar over ONE slice
4. Season with dried parsley or dried oregano
5. Close sandwich, mayo sides facing INWARD
6. Apply olive oil and butter onto pan and place sandwich onto pan
7. Cook for 3-4 minutes on one side, flip and do same on other.
8. Repeat until golden brown and cheese is melted
9. put onto plate
10. enjoy :)
