There is so much that I want to make, but I always want to start off small. Even tho I already start off doing the craziest cooks. But I have a weird thing that happens, like when I first cook something new, its perfect, exactly how I imagined it. But the second time or next few times I have trouble perfecting it again. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I hope I can get past it.
But! next I want to try and practice summer snacks to get ready for things refreshing, a little sweet, and super tasty. First on the list is Tanghulu. I remember trying to make it around 2019, but I was just starting to make unfamiliar recipes. kind of like expanding my horizon. but last year at sixflags they had it! I was so surprised, and it was really good, so it became motivation to make some.

omg ive seen vids of tanghulu and it looks sooo delicious.. and i find that when i recreate my old recipes that ive enjoyed it just isnt the same so im trying to find new recipes too >< i rly wanna try brazilian lemonade too w/limes+condensed milk! my most recent food frankensteinism was salt cured egg yolks - if u like eggs u shud try it =D
I've never heard of Brazilian lemonade! But it sounds really good. and tasty for the summer too. :) Keep me updated if you try to make it! And maybe I can give it a try at making as well, but I have made plenty of foods with eggs! like flan and crème brûlée. What I would really like to try is making Ajitsuke Tamago. its basically a seasoned egg for ramen. I've been to a handful of ramen shops, and the seasoned eggs they offer with the ramen are so good and yummy to eat, but with egg prices right now, I hope I can maybe later in the year lol ;-;

ohhh wow those must be even more delicious when it's homemade!! and yummyyy ! i have made those Mayak Gyeran eggs, it was my first time making marinated eggs. They were good but I feel like ajitsuke tamago will be better since it doesn't have chili and jalapeno (which I didn't think fit for my taste in this dish haha) In my country probably eggs cost about 2.55 euro for 15 eggs / 1,02 kg of eggs. So it's not bad here, maybe I will mail you some eggs XD

LOL, that would be so funny, mailing eggs; they will find out its some eggs and extra charge me just for getting it or something. But I understand you with the spicy taste; I can handle spice only sometimes. It depends on if there is a scale; I would put myself in the middle of spice.
