album of the day #1 - 14.02.2025
hey everyone,
i figured that since im always finding rare gems in nu-metal, id share them with u guys.
the album id like to share today is Folder - Keep The Flow [2003].
heres a link to the spotify version.
these guys r pretty awesome, theyre from italy and were really popular in their home country and in japan for some reason. i rlly like their turntablists style and the way it complements the vocalist so well. its kinda like limp bizkit on steroids lol.
my fav song is prolly Cut The Belt (the eazy-e sampling is pretty awesome), but the only footage ive found of them is from the music video for Left .
enjoy! \m/
album of the day #2 - 18.02.2025
hey guys,
heres another banger i found the other day, go check it out.
the album im talking about is Kink - Tsunami [2005].
link to the spotify version is here.
i think this album is pretty awesome. the band is also from italy (even have a song with folder's vocalist) but never got too big, which is surprising to me considering how unique and interesting their sound is. i rlly like their sampling and the effects their turntablist uses. it sounds so spacey lol.
my fav song from this album has to be Once (the sampling goes crazy on this one). fortunately they have a bunch of live footage, including their MTV appearance performing Yoga and Wind Mills performance at Tim Tour 2004 .
enjoy! \m/
album of the day #3 - 24.02.2025
hey everyone,
long time no see huh... anyway new banger for u guys today. check it out
what im talkin about is Earshot's album Two.
my god is this a banger from start to finish. just pure alt metal and ill never get enough of it. every time i hear any song from here my brain just jumpstarts as if activated by a sleeper agent code.
but enough glazing. my fav song is prolly Again, i rlly like the way the melody progresses and i always end up screaming the chorus. they also have a lot of live footage, including a recent 2023 live performance and a live full-set performance at Madison in 2008.
these guys were pretty big in the alt/nu-metal scene back in the day, but never got as much credit as other bands in the scene. i still think they shouldve been more popular though!
enjoy! \m/
ill be adding the posts as i make them, but any suggestions or recs will be appreciated.

You should listen to Snot's album if you haven't already ^_^ such a great nu metal band that I wish lasted longer
i have! they have such a unique sound, its a shame they couldn't continue releasing more music... although they've reunited and are touring right now
