Honestly that one scene where Ralph calls Simon weird with a literally slur was the first sign that he was gonna die
Jack x Simon x Roger because i have nothing better to do.
Jack and Roger 100% held hand during the crash, even if they didn't have feeling for each other cause Roger would be giddy to provide Jack comfort and to gain his trust.
Ralph heard Simon say some homoeotic things while scouting the island, which why they don't get any closer after that leading Simon to join Jack even though he knew better.
Because of the separation they had like 2 huts a person, leading to Jack, Roger, and Simon sharing one and not like a one bed trope way but Roger being pissed. Like would put Simon outside to get food during storms. But basically the jealousy developed and caused Roger to influence Jack to do the pig head sacrifice because it would lurer Simon to get distracted while stranded and he'd get heatstroke or eaten.
Ok I'm bored with writing so all done.
