im gross

im so gross. i hate talking about this to people. so i will talk about it here. sometimes my depression hits so hard that i wont get out of bed. i will rot in bed all day, refuse to eat or drink and will pee myself on that fucking bed. i know its gross but i dont know. i dont know how to live sometimes. im gross
