Im dying

Why is everything so complex here 😭, maybe I'm stupid, I want friends and someone to be able to help me fix my profile, I've seen so many profiles and they look so good and I don't get how to fix anything, I tried doing some stuff by myself but it just kept looking worse and worse or it just didn't work.
