trollian from scratch

ok so this webcomic has been out for years and i know that people have already deciphered it one trillion times but i want to see if i can do it on my own(and get it right) im only a couple pages into act 5 bc i get hung up whenever i see it so here are my notes so far(NO SPOILERS OR HINTS PLEASE!!! ITS A FUN PUZZLE:D)
