Here's one by Swist Chmeeze that got me through a thing:
Locked in this car, the sun beats down,
Panting breath, but no one’s around.
Paws on the seat, I scratch and cry,
Heat is rising, and so am I.
Tongue is dry, no water near,
I wait for you, but I’m trapped in fear.
The air is heavy, I can’t escape,
Why did you leave me in this cruel mistake?
Please, come back—don’t take too long,
In this hot car, I don't belong.
ooh that’s def a good one ,, do yk if the poem maybe has a name?

Ha! This is probably what my dog feels when I leave it in the car with the heat on. Fantastic read.

I'm not sure exactly, but I believe it's called: It's Okay to leave your dog in a Hot car

You should consider one of shun yung shin's lesser known haiku's he made earlier on. It's called
"Lucky strike"
Smooth drag, ember glows,
whispers curl in midnight air,
luck strikes my lips.
