hey chat, recently ive been wanting to live a more healthy lifestyle, I stopped weightlifting at the gym to pursue calisthenics (body weight exercises) Not only that, I JUST finished a whole week of water fasting. So basically, for 7 whole days I did not eat food AT ALL. All i ate was a tiny pinch of salt every morning to get my electrolytes in, the rest of the days were just water. So far I've lost a total of 23 pounds (11 from the water fasting). I suggest giving it a try, it's crazy to see the progress i made starting from this january.
