im actually going to set fire to my house HELP ME

ive had an awful day right and havent changed my bedding for a while so i finally gained the energy to change my bedsheets to my fresh pink bedding and i love ribena so i though id reward myself with the largest glass of ribena you have ever seen on my fresh pink  soft victoria secret striped bedding until i put my cup down on the table next to me and it SPILLED EVERYWHERE. ALL OVER MY BEDDING, MY CARPET, MY CHAIR, ITS EVEN STAINED MY CHARGER AND NIGHTSTAND. i actually started sobbing and breaking down cuz what do you mean i spend half an hour battling with the duvet cover to get it on my duvet just to stain it PURPLE. OH MY GOD. my whole room smells like blackcurrant there are tears all over my keyboard right now. i really do not have the energy for this why cant anything go right. guys pls help how what the heckins do i do guys IM SCREAMING
