my phone is fucked

i tried downloading spacehey on my phone because i dont wanna have to use my pc on here all the time, and now my phone is stuck on this stupid  message that says something about sending notifications, and theres an allow + a don't allow button, i press one of them, and it wont get off my fuckign screen send help i can't live withoiut my phone ;-;
