help.. filter thingy for images

RIGHT i wanna put a filter on like my stamps and blinkies ONLYYY but i just cant find a way to code it so i can put a beige ish colour on top.. NOT TOO SATURATED EITHER??? god this is horrible someone help me code this ive tried on the spacehey test i just cant find a way to filter my blinkies in a hue

i meant a color filter on all images on the screen.. you know.. overlay/filter??

Ohhhh I see, I’ll check my profile code for something like that and see if it works in other colours.
