workout

Hi y'all so i was wondering if some of you guys have a workout routine or advice to gain more weight cause i gotta admit that i really want to be stronger since im really skinny and people are being really rude about this and im tired of it , so if you guys have any advice of how to be stronger please tell it to me thxxx

Honestly? I wouldn't really listen to their comments about your weight, it's none of their business, however, that is also easier said than done. I'd just focus on being healthy and gaining muscle, don't worry about the number on any scale unless it's for medical reasons. If you're interested in exercise it kind of just depends what your current exercise routine is. If you barely move around just walking for an hour or running for a bit is a great start. Outside that the gym is always a smart place to start at since there will be a lot of people who have similar goals as you.
