Psychological and physical attacks

Hi, it's Tom again. For as long as I can remember I've always had strange attacks when I think about something that has happened to me.

This attack is psychological and physical because it gives me anxiety and then I get a slight pain in my right hand and dizziness for no reason. When this happens to me, for some reason my mind makes me think of places I visited in my childhood and others are places that my mind invents but they feel nostalgic.

This usually happens when I'm about to get sick and that strange sensation feels very eternal. 

If anyone else has this strange feeling of anxiety, I'd like to read them although I don't think anyone will see this anyway. :-(
