Tbh I love Art sm. I think it the most beautiful way of expressing yourself and your thoughts. It can help with a lot of Problems. At least it did for me. Everytime I was feeling something that I wasnt sure on how to express, I painted. I stoped tho. Now I am more into writing. Not bc I lost interest but bc I thought I wasnt good enough. And thats a feeling yi dont know how to paint.

You should definitely consider getting back into painting. Even if you think ur bad at it, over time you’ll get better. Anyways if it makes you happy you should do it, even if it’s not the best!
