So over the last year or so i've seen like this rising acceptance and overall content-ness with this like rise of looksmax content on tiktok and it honestly pisses me off so fucking bad. I talk about this on my instagram story all the time and with friends and i honestly need to like describe my thoughts on this subject in a long form like psudo essay format bcs idk it's just really interesting to me. But over this past like year/2 years looksmax content has like completely gotten this like social stamp of approval to like the male audience. I feel like every couple scrolls on tiktok there's another male looksmax content creator that just looks like a fucking plastic ball and they sell these items to like young fucking boys who like haven't even hit puberty or if they have haven't finished puberty so they still have so much longer to go before they even should start contemplating doing half the things looksmaxxers are recommending for them to do. Like half of this shit doesn't work flat out or is like actually a fucking chemical that will give you prostate cancer in 20 years like it genuinely feels like back in tumblr and amino back in like 2014-2017 where eating disorders and thsi like push for women to be petite and the size of a literal pencil was like all you could find on those platforms or atleast it was what was most pushed. And these grown ass fucking adults push this shit knowing that ts is harmful to not only how people see their bodies (esp young boys) but there minds like they're gonna be the most insufferable people to be around bcs all they can think about is, bonesmash, positive and neg canthal tilt. And im all for people bettering themselves and going to the gym and eating better but there is a very clear difference between that and marketing and exploiting insecure young boys like idk and also ts leads to the alt right pipeline i just haven't figured out a way to explain it so that it makes sense to others yet.

Looksmaxing is just a pr rebrand of EDTumblr/Twitter
