also the songs they add in are so fire and fitting, definitely introduced me to some bangers. very good at making you feel like you're living in the late 2000s/early 2010s (when the show came out).

yapping about gossip girl (i'll try to stay spoiler free):

georgina is my problematic fave, she's so iconic, i would raise milo with her no shot, even though she's definitely the most evil gossip girl character, she's also one of the most interesting imo.

chuck and blair are SO KISMESISSTUDE I SWEAR TO GOD. i like them together to a degree, although tbh i wish blair had stayed with louis and not fumbled him. if the concept of blackrom existed outside of homestuck I WOULD HIGHLY SHIP THEM LIKE THAT. there this one scene where they were talking about how much they hated each other and then started aggressively making out  that was very kismesis-y. idk though. they're also good together normal romance, but i also have conflicting opinions because of the various toxic parts of their relationship, but they are kinda made for each other, and i don't know why they're always resisting that.

serena is fine as hell i want her. i mean tbh the entire gossip girl cast is just "here's some extremely hot people all together". i really like her and dan together but at the same time, lily and rufus are sooo good together too. i don't fuck with step-incest though.

vanya and dorota, best couple, love them. my unproblematic faves.

when i was watching gossip girl in residential, everyone hated jenny. but i like her. the emo look is fire, argue with the wall. 

i agree that vanessa is kinda annoying though. i don't hate her but HER EXTENSIONS ARE SOOOOOOOOOO BAD. they did the actress DIRTYYYY with the hair. IT'S SO UGLY. legitimately hard to look at.

ngl nate was kinda boring. also why is he always getting played by MILFs. i mean i would too but like. where are the mommy issues coming from.

there was this one scene where dan and nate walked away in sync and IT WAS SOOOO FUNNY it makes me wanna ship them.

there should be more homosexuality in gossip girl but actually that applies to everything.

eric was cute, liked him, i wish he had a more important role. 

controversial take but i actually don't hate dan x blair. kinda fun.
