Any Twenty One Pilots album. They touch a lot on mental health and have a storyline from their Blurryface album to their Clancy album. These two dudes literally kept me alive in my hardest times. I resonate a lot with their music and I think anyone having a hard time should give them a listen.
I've heard a few of their songs and I agree! I should do a deep-dive into their discography soon though, I'm defo missing out on some bangers

You absolutely should. Their whole story is SO COOL and well thought out. It’s also involving mental health and internal struggle. This band has been my lifeline since 2017… SO good. 🙏

So far my favorite album is their new one, Clancy. Or even Blurryface or Vessel.
Clancy by far though, it drops a lot of lore. If you go for that album go for Overcompensate, Vignette, Lavish, Navigating, At the Risk of Feeling Dumb, and Paladin Strait.
Blurryface I recommend Message Man, Fairly Local, The Judge, Lane Boy, and Heavydirtysoul.
Vessel would be Ode to Sleep, House of Gold, Car Radio, Truce, and Guns for Hands.

the frostbite EP by kitty is killer!!!!!! its so ethereal and everyone should hear it... it sounds so much like early 2010s tumblr and the guy that produced half the instrumentals is very well-known among bronies
also both of the millionaires EPs!!!!! bling bling bling and cash only... i dont think anyone is a true spacehey enthusiast until they look at this 2008 myspace bands discography... even if only a glimpse
