is it bad if i use AI for my song lyrics, but only for inspo and none of it is the final product at all?

lots of people have told me many different things so now im really confused, so can someone help me and not be mean about it?😭

im a new song writer right, i originally started as a kid but stopped cos i was that bad then i started again after the holy ryan ross descended from the heavens and foretold the truth of a writer also being a guitarist and vocalist, so now im doing that- 

i do write things from the top of my head but imo their rabbit shite so im using 2 lines of an AI song with prompts, and no more, im not uploading songs or albums to train it either, its all just for inspiration and ideas, it will never EVER be in any of the finished product at all, the songs are mostly placeholder lyrics to get the gist of things, and how i want the vocals to go, they arent the real lyrics.

when i get m guitar hopefully this month i will start changing the lyrics while i come up with the guitar stuff, 

but please tell me cos istg no ones helping me and i feel like shit for it
