Valentine's Day Picnic ! ༉‧₊˚.

Ahh ! So, I've been planning a Valentine's day picnic for about a month now ! The planning has been loose, but it's all coming together ! I am having the picnic Saturday (which is after Valentine's day, I guess, but it's the only day that works best!), and I have so many plans ! So, first, I still have to find a Valentine's outfit, BUT I know exactly what I'm looking for ! I was gonna do my picnic outside, but it snowed 22 cm...so...I can't really do that anymore haha, BUT I'm gonna do it inside, so I guess its more of a Valentine's day tea party ! So, this is what I have on the menu : 

♡ Heart-shaped multi-colored pasta salad OR chicken katsudon 

♡ Chocolate Truffles, Chocolate Marshmallows, and chocolate covered strawberries (homemade--meant to be more like gifts afterwards !)

♡ "Conversation Heart" cake pops

♡ heart-shaped Valentine's brownies / heart-shaped raspberry/strawberry cake

♡ Shirley Temples / Strawberry Coffee 

♡ Chocolate Marshmallows

♡ Strawberry Crepes

♡ Vegetable tray 

♡ Various finger sandwiches 

I know it seems like there's a lot of sugar...and there is... BUT a lot of the friends I invited like different things, so I am making different sweets to accommodate what they like ! Most of this stuff is super easy to make, so I'm gonna start Friday morning/afternoon after my last final, and then I'll hopefully be ready by Saturday afternoon ! 

If this doesn't work out for Saturday, I will be saving this recipe for later in the month for another picnic !! I'm still not sure everyone will be able to make it, so I'm ready to change plans if need be!
