my poem! the title is "colei" and it's an italian poem (love effect and question of existential love)

COLEI

Difficile è trovare colei  

che al mio cuor doni luce candida,  

che danzi tra nubi tempestose  

e con gioia i battiti miei ricopra.

Colei che il mio stomaco scuota,  

tra emozioni e fremiti confusi,  

che il pensiero faccia vacillare  

in un collasso d’esistenza e fedeltà.

Ma poi…  

rivelarsi solo ansia fu.  

Un inganno dell’attesa,  

una speranza sbagliata.

Dove sei, mia colei?  

Ancora il destino indugia,  

ancora i miei passi vagano  

in cerca del tuo volto mai visto.

SHE

that gives pure light to my heart,  

that dances among stormy clouds  

and with joy cover my heartbeats.

She who makes my stomach churn,  

between confused emotions and tremors,  

that the thought makes you falter  

in a collapse of existence and fidelity.

But then…  

it turned out to be just anxiety.  

A deception of waiting,  

a mistaken hope.

Where are you, my girl?  

Fate still lingers,  

still my steps wander  

looking for your never-seen face.
