My weird obsession with ham

Idk why but recently I've been obsessed with just wanting to eat ham all day, just rice and ham with a bit of soy sauce everyday and I think I'm going to die from either sodium poisoning or smth bruh. I genuinely can't stop eating it, it's like I've been possessed to only crave ham every waking moment. I also deepfry it too like tf is wrong with me?? Why am I eating ham all day omg 😭😭
