i feel like i can write lyrics so easily but really coming up with a melody sux..everytime i think something up it just clashes with what i had in mind... i have to cheer today BOOOOO
im quitting cheer next year
i swear to god if our boys make it to state... maybe itll start snowing real bad and i get to leave early B-)

have you tried writing simple chord progressions before the lyrics? this might make it easier but its different for everyone,,, such as on your guitar or on a piano or somethin,, even on a DAW like fl studio or ableton you can lay out a simple progression and go from there and then think of a top line/lyrics to go along with it
