These aren't ranked in any sort of order. Which one do you think is the most important?
1) Limit screen time. Best would be 4hrs or under.
2) Go for a walk outside. Get some fresh air, especially in nature.
3) Indulging in a hobby or interest
4) Eat healthy food and cut back on junk food ( not completely, just have a balance )
5) Exercising. Anything that gets your heart rate up
6) Drink more water. We're made up of around 60 percent or so of it.
7) Socialising with friends or family
8) Getting plenty of sleep
9) Pushing yourself out of your comfort zone ( Enough to grow from it, not to the point of feeling stressed )
10) Staying on top of your hygiene. Showers, brushing your teeth, skincare etc.
