Why doesn't my Profile Picture work!!

I've made my profile twice now. Verified Email successfully and everything but my profile picture won't show! Please help!!

Have you tried clearing your cache? I can see your avatar just fine.

It takes a while for your profile picture to load for yourself, I don't know why. But I can see it just fine!
