The story of JUDD’s book cover (FINAL EXCERPT TEASER)

JUDD‘s book cover has a lot of inspiration within it and it’s gone through a lot of evolutions. It started off as a stock photograph of a house, turned black and white—no shades of gray—with the white replaced by blue slightly inspired by the cover themes of the Beautiful Creatures books by Kami Garcia and Margaret Stohl. The theme was always going to be blue. For a while the draft with that cover was being posted on Wattpad.
