Here comes the Sun :)

Outside my window from where I'm sitting I can see my Weber grill. I left it out all winter, so sue me, so put me in cement. Anyways.

The last snowfall we had left a good five or six inches of snow on top of the grill. Ever since then there hasn't been a lot of wind, and we've had a good amount of sun too. This has led to an interesting melt.

One side of the grill is almost clear of snow, the other side looks pretty much the same as it did right after the snow. And it's just the sun that's responsible. I think it's pretty cool that A) you can tell which way the sun is coming from by how it's melting and 2) you can tell the sun is getting stronger too! Both of which fill me with... delight? I guess?

It's just nice to see PROOF that winter is ending soon.  :D
