I know that self diagnosing at 14 isn't the best thing to do to discover what tf is going on in ur head, but i'm 80% that i have Autism/ADHD, and i'm studying this since i was 12. I took quizzes about ADHD, talked with ppl with ADHD and saw videos of people with ADHD (i relate the most to JaidenAnimations), an i'm literally dying to get a diagnosis, but i don't know how to ask my parents/talk to anyone besides my friends about it. If y'all know much of ADHD/Have diagnosed ADHD could you please message me?? i'd be really happy to find someone willing to help! (only to understand by symptoms, not something really serious)
I just want a diagnosis

If you're too shy to ask your parents, you still may be able to get general accommodations! Even neurological students can usually request things like a seperate room to test or captions for videos/movies! Even little things like that can help :)
