10/02/25 (I'm going INSANE!!!)

So, guess this is it, huh?

Yesterday, as of around 10 PM I was signed out of my pony town account - I was asking myself " did I get muted or banned for saying slurs? that's pretty fair " - that's when it hit me, a message that would shock me to my core

Now, it would've been more outrageous than just a simple ban

"Your account has been suspended for evading a restriction using another account"

" Your account has been permanently suspended "

So now I remember; I have two alts 

One of them was what I called " shadowbanned "

We couldn't see it but everyone else could, so I'd assumed ponytown staff had forcefully blocked us from seeing it thinking we were being harrassed

so, I made another account, but I did not know until recently that the account had actually been SUSPENDED 

The thing is, I do know making alt accounts is agaisnt the rules but I had never done anything truly bad with the accounts, I used them to kind of roleplay, I was joking around.

I would've been mad but, I would've gladly taken a ban before a suspension, and well, I've already appealed to staff and now all I've got left to do is...to wait.

I have no hope for my account to be honest, I'm no Supporter, and I haven't given pony town any money so they'll probably, in the nicest way I can say this.... They're gonna tell me to fuck off

That's like, what? 120 something ponies lost? an account from 2021, 3? 4? years of my life lost? 1,235 hours lost

Over alt accounts 

I wish they had just banned me for a loooong long time, it would've been fair

This is unfair, this is just disgusting.

I'll probably never get it back, and there's really no hope for me without pony town, even with my friends next to me I was scared for the future, so scared. 

And honestly, pony town is one of the few things that comfort me so, this is a like if they beat me up, it feels the same.

Honestly, if they give me back my account, I'll probably never speak in public chat again out of fear, I won't do anything.

Pony town is a funny lil' place. deleting accounts made by 14 year olds but keeping the accounts of predators because they've given money
