Heeeyyy everyonee!!! Hru doing todaayyyy?
This is my first blog, just joined SpaceHey like 2 days ago, and I'm still learning and experimenting, soo I figured I’d start by talking abt smth cool—aka Piercings :-P
Tbh, I’ve always loved piercings so obv I had to get a few— I've got industrial, navel, eyebrow & lobe piercings 💋... so this is me rating them, talkin abt if they hurt (spoiler: not rly), the healing process, aaand if I recommend gettin 'em or not, soooo if ur thinking abt getting pierced, consider this ✨free wisdom✨
Let's get into it!!! 🦇
1) EYEBROW PIERCING
Alr, this was the first piercing I got (along with the navel one)... Tbh it was kinda an impulsive desicion lol... 2 years ago my parents allowed me to get not only one, but two piercings! It wasn't really hard to convince them bc both of them like that stuff as well (~ ̄▽ ̄)~... I decided to get the industrial first (DO NOT LOL), but like two days before getting em done, while I was talking with my mom she mentioned she wanted to get an eyebrow piercing when she was my age, and I was like "EYEBROW PIERCING!?!? HOW DID I NOT THINK ABT THAT BEFORE!??!?!"... aaand that's how I decided I wanted an eyebrow piercing lol...
🦇Pain level: The second before getting it I thought "Dayummmmn since it's literally my face it'll hurt sooo bad" ... Lemme tell ya, IT DOESN'T HURT AT ALL!! Ofc it'll depend on your pain tolerance, but I can tell you on my experience, I felt almost nothing! It hurts a little like a few seconds after getting it pierced, but it's almost unnoticeable ✨
🦇Healing process: According to google (soz I don't remember how long mine took lol) the healing process lasts 2-3 months, after that time you'll be able to change the jewelry. . . About the aftercare, my piercer instructed me to clean it with Fisiol Ub saline solution and then apply Lamoderm gel twice a day (that's pretty much the aftercare for every piercing I got). I would forget to do it sometimes, but nothing bad happened, it healed well! Btw, if you have bangs BE SUPER CAREFUL WITH YOU HAIR!!! I made my piercing sore lots of times bc I brushed it by accident while brushing my hair lol, also try to avoid sleeping on your face, it can get sore as well!
🦇Woul I recommend?
Absolutely!!!! This is one of my faves, not only looks super cool but also requires minimal/no pain!! In my opinion this would make a great first piercing! ... In my case, my school doesn't allow piercings, so I struggle hiding it sometimes (I use my bangs to hide it lol), I'm telling u this to make u aware that it's pretty visble/noticeable!!! Even if that situation is a problem sometimes, I still recommend it, idc it's super cool and doesn't even hurt, 10/10 ⭐
2) NAVEL PIERCING
And then... BOOM, navel piercing!!! I got my navel pierced right after my eyebrow, and idk if this is a
me thing, but as soon as I felt my eyebrow piercing I was like I WANT MORE ., it just- getting pierced is
super fun and always leaves me wanting another one immediately... So yeah, getting two piercings in one
day? Best desition ever.
🦇Pain level: I was a little nervous abt this one, idk I just thought it would feel weird lol... I'd rate the
pain a 3/10, it literally hurts for like 2 seconds, I could feel the needle going thru my skin ( Ik that sounds
scary xD, but trust me, it's not as bad as it sounds).
🦇Healing process: Idk I think the average healing is 3-6 months, mine healed in like 4 or 5 months,
it was super quick! It hurt a little everytime I bent over for like two weeks, but that never happened again.
Something happened tho (;′⌒`) I was playing with my dog and she accidentally almost like snatched the
piercing with her paw, surpisingly nothing happened, ofc it hurt as hell but I just went to my piercer to get it
checked and she cleaned it and said it was nothing to worry abt, but to be more careful next time
🦇Would I recommend?
Yeah! It’s lowkey easy to heal and looks super cool. Plus, if you go to a school/job
that doesn't allow piercings, you can just cover it w/ clothes & no one will ever know, 10/10⭐
3) LOBE PIERCING
Sooo this is the most common and easiest one I think! I got my lobes pierced when I was a baby, but when I
was like 9 y/o I stopped wearing earrings and the hole closed completely, so this was like re-opening it,
just the one on my left ear, I want my right ear completely empty :-P
I got this the same day I got the industrial one, I decided to get this one first bc I had heard the industrial
makes your soul leave your body and I was scared xD
🦇Pain level: Re- opening a closed piercing hole always hurts (for me), but it was minimal, like a 2/10 and it was super quick.
🦇Healing process: I think my piercer said It would heal in like 3 weeks since I already had it before, it never hurt nor bothered me after getting it done, easiest healing ever ✨
🦇Would I recommend?
Definitely! Super simple and easy to get done and to heal, for me this is a solid first one. 10/10⭐
4) INDUSTRIAL PIERCING
.
.
.
This one...
.
.
.
I'm being dramatic I get it xD... well, everyone says this one makes you grip the chair like your life depends
on it lol, and it is.... Kinda true...
I got it on september of 2024, before getting this one I was super nervous, questioning my life choices fr, it was a whole experience.
My piercer asked me to tell her when I'm ready, I wanted to get done with it before I regretted it, so i closed
my eyes and told her to go on. As soon as I said that I felt the needle go thru my ear, she didn't waste a
second lmao
I could feel everything, every bit of the needle going through every fiber of my ear, and this was just the first
hole (T_T) ... I started laughing, I think it was because of nervousness, it hurt, but I didn't cry, I was just so
nervous I started laughing xD
I felt my ear hot, turns out I was bleeding (。﹏。*), my piercer asked me if I was too nervous, so I think
that was the reason for the bleeding lol...
Oh but when I looked in the mirror, it was worth the pain!
🦇Pain level: I'd rate it a solid 8/10, I think the adrenaline reduced the pain tbh, bc ofc it hurt, but I was more focused on the piercing than on the pain lol. They instructed me to take anti-inflammatory pills and Ibuprofen for pain. I remember I was so happy, but daaamn once the adrenaline was gone, I got in the car and my ear HURT AS HELL, I made my parents rush to the pharmacy to get the pills bc it really hurt ಥ_ಥ... After the first 2 days I think it doesn't hurt anymore, just when you move it. You have to be very careful tho, I almost snatched it with a towel while drying my hair... It also gets sore when I sleep on the side of that ear.
🦇Healing process: This one takes a whole year to heal, I got it like 4 months ago, so it's still healing. This has been a difficult process for me 💀, I always touch it roughly by accident... The time I almost snatched it, yeah that gave me a bump (Granuloma), I got rid of it with Hirudoid Gel!
Comment if you want the storytime!
🦇Would I recommend?
As much as I love this piercing, if you are thinking on getting your first one, I wouldn't recommend to choose this one (I CANT BELIEVE I ALMOST GOT THIS AS MY FIRST, THAT WOULDA BEEN HELL 💀)... if you have experience with piercings, then yeah go for it! But you have to be aware that the healing process is a highkey uncomfortable bc you have to be super super careful (with the side you sleep on, your hair, even when people hug you lol)
.
.
.
Sooo... yeah, that’s my piercing review ✨ if u made it this far, ily fr <3 <3
Plz remember this is just my opinion based on my experience! Everyone can live it different and have a complete different experience from mine.
Lmk in the comments what future blogs u wanna see or if u wanna see pics of my piercings ^_^ thx for reading, I hope u liked it!!!! Til next time, stay cool & stay pierced 💀🤘

I have 14 piercings and counting (5 holes on both ears going up from standard lobe to lower helix, snakebites, my right nostril, and my belly button) and honestly, out of all 14 of my piercings so far, I'd say painwise, it's a tie between my nostril and my 5th holes on each ear (done the same day in the thin spot right where the lobe ends and helix begins, by the way), with my original snakebites being runners up (I should mention I did them at home from the outside in when I was 16). At least my nostril was done super quickly and I didn't feel the pain until a few seconds after the jewelry was punctured through, but I seriously underestimated how badly a helix piercing (even one done through such a thin layer of cartilage near the fleshy lobes) was going to hurt. I had to take a moment to breathe due to the pain after the needle and earring went through my left ear before letting the piercer give me the same piercing on my right ear a few minutes later.
I've only had to get 1 of my holes repierced, and that one was my left snakebite due to the jewelry falling out a few days later while I was asleep and I couldn't get it back in as it closed up in the middle within seconds of it falling out and me immediately waking up to realize this. When I did get it repierced a few months later right through the soft scar of the old one (by a professional, from the inside out this time around), it didn't even hurt, surprisingly enough, but maybe it depends on the location as well as the way your body scars (and perhaps whether the scar is old or relatively new like mine was, although generally speaking, scar tissue is weaker than healthy, undamaged tissue). I felt nothing during the procedure and the only pain I experienced from it was in the area surrounding the piercing (not the actual piercing itself, though, as the nerves from the hole itself have probably been damaged from the one I previously gave myself in front of the bathroom mirror) from my lip swelling up, as is normal with lip piercings for about a week or so.
And I agree that piercings are pretty addictive. I've had this urge to keep getting more ever since I got my standard lobes done at the mall when I was in the 2nd grade after a few weeks of begging for them (and trust me when I say that growing up having a mother with several piercings of her own doesn't help).
