Roses, the way I see them.

Dark red roses.. they aren’t like bright red roses at all. Difference is that they’re dark tinted crimson. They look as if they have a deep secret, something that isn’t positive, like the song Dark Red by Steve Lacy: “Something bad is about to happen to me”. You know what’s also dark red? Blood. You know what’s the colour of the stereotypical devil? Also dark red. It’s something like.. be careful with what you wish for, big wishes come with big consequences. The more hungrier people can become with wealth & fortune the more their soul is losing its value. As the word ‘passion’ can be translated to suffering, the more you have passion in something the more you’re willingly to suffer with something you’re fully committed to.

White roses, there’s two things about them. They balance both good & evil, on the good side about them.. they symbolise purity, innocence & silence whilst on the bad side about them.. they symbolise mourning (death), secrecy & emptiness. In Chinese culture, white is considered an evil colour, since white is just nothingness, just blank. Having white as a colour for ‘anything’: walls, ceiling, fabrics, etc.. can consider making someone be empty, (emotionless). I wouldn’t say “feel empty” because how are you still able to “feel” if you’re empty? There’s no “feeling” in emptiness, I’ve never understood people who would say they “feel empty” when it’s quite impossible to “feel” emptiness, it doesn’t make sense. In old script writings white roses were also said to be the face of pure innocence that hides the evil behind it.

Black roses, I know by nature they don’t exist. They’re your typical death roses. They’re used for funerals, very well known mourning roses. As they were said to be the roses of the sorrows & despair, they also represent elegance, power, strength & rebirth. They somehow balance both good & evil the same way as white roses do. To what I see a similarity: basically the sibling of white roses but polar opposite, black roses was said to be the face of the intimating evil that hides the innocence behind it. If seen as evil but inside there is a sympathetic heart for others, it’s a defence shield to avoid being seen as “soft” knowing those who appear as innocent can be seen as vulnerable (an easy target by cruelty).. knowing that evil with an appearance of innocence are the true predators. Black roses have the sense of power that is seen as threatening towards evil as the colour black in many beliefs was said to be the colour of “protection” to banish evil. (I love them).

Dark blue roses, this is one of my favourites.. dark blue roses aren’t blue. Yes, they aren’t blue, they are midnight indigos that have the illusion of dark blue & they look very dark blue. They symbolise mystery, illusion, truth & dreams, as it’s said humans need to balance with reality & dreams since dreams can look too good to be true whilst reality can sometimes be very distasteful when it comes to the actual truth (that’s needed to be faced from time to time). If one falls for illusions they become delusional as delusions can stay for some time in the mind, so it is best to be grounded when it comes to facing what’s real & what’s not. People rely too much with the “dreams always come true” it can be deceiving to the human mind as humans can become desperate for things to come true. Dreams will only come true if you’re willing to be realistic & clear with what you truly need: Darkest blue roses can also represent mourning the same way as black roses. Other blue roses aren’t exactly like the dark blue roses, other blue roses have completely different meanings for themselves that cannot be compared to the dark ones. Blue roses in general don’t exist, it’s difficult to achieve true blue in roses by genes.

Yellow roses, one of my least favourites.. these roses were always seen as the rose of joy, pure happiness. But they’re not what they seem to be.. yellow roses are known for envy. Normally whoever hands you yellow rose/s without your knowledge or even if you never asked for it: that person who hands you yellow rose/s are jealous of you, they themselves probably don’t know why they’re gifting you these roses but it’s a bribe to make you gain trust in them which is a trap.. as an alert that the person wants to sabotage you by frustration & revenge. It is sort of like a huge sign by the universe/whatever is in the atmosphere to make the person give you yellow roses (deliberately) as a dead give away alarm that the person is envious & they’re showing it through these yellow roses as a secret code. It’s not a coincidence once you find out. Yellow roses are simply one of the most deceiving roses to ever exist, whilst the colour yellow itself is also known for jealousy. I say.. a happy person can hide bad intent with a smile, with a jolly attitude. Sincerely they’re not really happy with you as they pretend that they’re “happy” with you, they will only be truly happy once they take away something you’ve achieved, they thrive in one’s downfall, one’s failure feeds them with true joy. Yellow roses are for that specific reasoning in nature.

Purple roses, they are said to be the symbol of royalty, elegance & loyalty. Knowing they are close with dark blue roses, they resemble mystery, enchantment & extraordinary. They’re the weirdest roses to represent something unusual, the oddly strange yet they aren’t very rare like dark blue roses, they are quite common to be seen in nature & they aren’t impossible to obtain. They highly symbolise magic, once you make an enchantment you will end up with weird things in your life as you continue to live on from your sorcery doings. Whatever you put out there will come right back down to you as you shall experience the strange. Purple roses are the roses of the unexplainable as they can attract the paranormal as well, exactly like lavenders: lavenders are known to attract the paranormal, as spirits communicate the living through lavenders (they will send in signs, words that cannot be explained, numbers or even alphabets sometimes musical notes/frequencies can be heard or a really strong floral sense of smell & I mean very strong that you can smell it even 10 meters away) so at some point purple roses can possibly attract the same type of odd activity. Dark purple roses represent the same meaning with normal purple roses but they have another resemblance (same with black roses): funeral mournings (death).

Roses in general, they’re always said to be resembles for “love”. When truthfully, they represent secrets. All types of roses have their own mystery. They are indeed very weird looking flowers, they have a whole spiral shaped structure by their own petals as roses are known to be powerful & can last all types of seasons even horrible weathers or (surprisingly) natural disasters. Knowing then a spiral represents .. “divine”, knowing then that roses are both female & male in the gene, so by nature & by science they are indeed the most high symbolic valued flowers.

Remember everything is connected as a whole.

What about orange roses ?

They’re seen as the roses of energy due to their fiery appearance. They make someone gain an energetic mood & high motivation, it symbolises enthusiasm, creativity & excitement. That’s probably why I took notice that people with a hyper personality or with ADHD can become more actively hyper with a specific vibrant colour like orange, their mind reflects on it without their knowledge of it doing so. Weird coincidence: Orange is the colour for ADHD Awareness month which is on October & October is very keen with pumpkins that are also orange too.
Orange roses itself.. I see them beneficial for those with low motivation & need some energy in their lives, a fiery rose like that isn’t very well known for its meaning at all & I think it’s important to know.
