Idk if there are any people who played Pillar Chase 2 on Roblox. I will write this review anyway.
So Pillar Chase 2 is an experience in Roblox, genre is asymmetric gameplay, where one player as monster kills another players, which are survivors. Monster's objective is killing all survivors. Survivors' objective is complete all tasks on the map. But let's get a littlie slower. I will tell about each of said things right now, starting with...
SURVIVORS
Survivors should do thier tasks, as I stated before. Their tasks are depending on maps. If any task was fully completed, a survivor gains a point, as they gain it when they start a new round or win a round. Also, upon doing a part of the task, survivor also gets coins, which player can use in shop after match. Coin limit in a single round is 60 coins + extra coins, if you survived. Also survivors can buy perks. These perks both buff and debuff a survivor. Personally, I don't use them, because: 1. you can equip only three of them; 2. if you die, you have to buy them again; 3. if you leave a server, you have to buy them again; 4. strong debuffs and awful combos. I will explain what the last thing means. Since you can equip up to three perks, they sure can stack on each other, making interesting combos, which usually turn out to be "one shot". Yeah, they're cheap - they cost either 10 or 30 coins, but if you're really trying to save up to buy wanted monster - they're only the moneywaste.
By the way, survivors have some funny customizations. These are walking animations, winning poses, death screams and death effects. Almost each of this costs around 315 coins, so if you already have everything you want, you can buy something here to make funnies.
MONSTERS
Monsters' objective is killing people. Pretty obvious, huh? Yea, this sounds pretty boring, but it turns out to be good, if you dig deeper. Monsters in Pillar Chase 2 are from various medias - MX and Forest King from Horrorbrews, EXE and PCX from Sonic.exe stuff, Fogborn and Valem from Minecraft horror mods and so on. There are plenty of mosnsters to choose from. And all of them have special abilities to trick survivors, which is also awesome. You can find a mosnter for your playstyle, which I consider to be cool.
Every monster, excluding starter ones (Vapor, Rosemary and Baldi) cost around 1500 coins. Some cost more, some cost less. It takes less than 40 successful rounds to get (Successful round is a round, where you got all 60 + 10 coins. This is my term)
Also, monsters have skins. A skin can cost 315 coins, around 1000 coins, and some can cost even 3000 coins. Winning poses for monsters are also here. They all cost 315. An interesting part of customization is tab, called "Quotes". These basically do nothing, just for character in your profile.
MAPS
Maps also play important role in Pillar Chase 2. Because depending on map both players and monsters with their skill and knowledge can play either bad or good on it. Of course maps, as like monsters, are referances to medias they are from. Each map has 1-2 or 4 tasks (4 tasks' only on Hide 'n Seek). If a survivor completes any task, the timer in match will reduce for a couple seconds, but will increace, if a monster kills a survivor. Timer is also different depending on maps, but that's not really important. Timer is timer - survivor wins, if timer gets to zeros, monster wins, if it kills all survivors, before the time runs out.
Extras
I forgot to mention the point system. As I stated before, points are used to become monster in the next round. If you have the biggest number on server - you'll be a monster. If there are any other players with the same number as yours - random.
At the moment, Pillar Chase 2 is my favourite game. I like this type of gameplay and usually, when I play with friends, I have a lot of fun! I don't like playing as certain monster, so I always switch monsters depending on the map. My best monsters are MX, Fogborn, PCX and Jeff the Killer. I hope you will join me in this game someday! Good luck!
