An asteroid might hit in 2032

I've been seeing articles on the news about an asteroid which might hit in 2032. These articles used to pop up on my feed all the time, mostly by less popular news stations which aren't really credible. That was until I saw it pop up on the guardian and sky news 😭. 

A few days later after reading about it, another article came up saying the chances of it hitting just got higher!! Now it's a one in 45 chance. Do I have a better chance of winning the lottery or being killed by an asteroid?!  Completely out of my control 🤷‍♂️
