I have NO idea how to use this

HI here's a drawing I made last month (or well, two months ago, December has passed two months ago already?!) - This is Pulse (I named them after the band Pulse Ultra), a Starlyng! This is a closed species by hythloday on ToyHouse, but the character was designed by Ozma on ToyHouse :D
