[UNFINISHED]First Paranormal Investigation of Spring 2025!!!

Brief Context

For background, this location is is in the pretty small Texas town called Magnolia and it is a called a 'Depot' because it was constructed to serve as a little train station(or depot!) for the loading/unloading of goods such as cottons, cattle, produce, etc. Near the main building there is another building that is the restored original doctor's office and barber chair. This was the only doctor's office and barber in the area that the time and apparently many have died in that very room(one of the reasons we believe there is potentially high paranormal activity). Due to access to the train lines. this location was also was used extensively during the United States Civil War. Not only were bodies being transferred onto the train(to be transported to the proper places) but there is a cemetery nearby (across the street currently in modern times) that have many unmarked graves(believed to belong to confederate soldiers---> THIS IS TEXAS KEEP IN MIND).  Not only is an original train caboose car permanently stationed near the building(and we were allowed access to enter!!!) but there is train tracks only a few feet from the main building! (If you don't know, apparently trains can stir up paranormal activity- especially when they pass by)

So yeah- our group had really high hopes that we would have some activity here!

-_-_-_-_-_-Investigation Strats/Methods-_-_-_-_-_-

To try and catch you up to speed on some tactics we use to investigate paranormal activity, this section will explain the various tools and methods we used during this investigation. If you already are familar with ghost hunting Ig you can skip this- thou it doesn't hurt to look!

---------------------Basic Info--------------------

Spirit Box- basically a fancy radio. We use this by making the box flip between radio channels quickly. This allows any potential spirits to communicate either using words from the radio or in the static in between each radio channels as it flips through.

EMF Reader- a tool that can read the electricity or magnetism in an area that it is pointed towards. Not always the most reliable toll but if you know you are gonna be outdoors or an in area that has little interior wiring can be useful.

Temperature gun- Basically what it sounds like. A tool that looks like a little gun that measures the temperature of the area that is pointed at. It does have a cool little laser.

Twisty Flashlight & Cat Balls(yeah cat toys)- These are items that have an obvious visual queue to touch. We basically place them alone and when we see them light up (or flicker/turn off&on in the flashlight's case) we know that a spirit is touching it.

Estes Method- Someone goes to a dark area and puts on headphones that are connected to a spirit box- make sure that the volume is load enough so that they can't hear anything  else. Others will ask questions and hopefully, the spirit, if present, will use the spirit box to communicate- and the person wearing the headphones will say out loud what they hear.

The Investigation

The Caboose Train Car

After all the formalities and a mini tour of the place to brief us on the history and potential hot spots, we split off into groups. My group went to the caboose car first and though we had just started we were already getting strong activity! We used the Este method and one of the very first word we got was a name- a name of one of the girls in our group!!! When we asked it why it kept saying her name it responded "left" and when we asked it what it meant it responded with "she". So- based on that, we assumed that this spirit, in their past life, had a significant other that had the same name as the girl it kept calling and presumably left him. We tried to get more info from them but we weren't getting a whole lot and the girl was feeling pretty unconformtable- she says she kept feeling cool breezes on her back and felt like she was getting poked.
