thoughts on fleurons (❧)

a tiny burst of positivity

❧ hello... I need to share my love for fleurons with the rest of the world! I think we should bring them back, they're adorable. I first came across them in an example of Early Modern English text I was studying in class, and ever since I've been going down a rabbit hole of archaic typographical quirks. This one in particular is an aldus leaf, also known as a hedera.
