Creeped out by myself

Its kinda scary how the brain thinks of shit that scares itself. Like right now I'm writing about a scary scene in my supposed cozy book and bisualizing it gives me goosebumps. I had to stop typing for a bit cuz its making me uneasy. UWHAUQBAUHQUA SERIOUSLY BRAIN?!??!  I'm honna be haunted by my own novel.
